2. No-Refund Policy
Once a premium mock test package has been purchased and your account has gained access to our proprietary question database, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of:
- Deciding you no longer need the practice material post-purchase.
- Your passing or failing outcome on the official NMC CBT examination.

- Accidental package selection during checkout.
3. The Sole Exception: Accidental Duplicate Billing
